David Macer - Lead Pastor

David grew up in Erie, PA and attended Penn State University before joining the United States Air Force.  He was stationed at George AFB in Victorville, Ca for 7 years and Norton AFB in San Bernardino, Ca for another 3 years.  At that time, he realized that his degree in education from Air University, teaching in an Air Force Leadership School and an NCO Academy were all part of God's plan to prepare him for ministry.

He left the Air Force after 10 years of service to play professional golf and work in ministry while traveling. Eventually, God led him to Shepherd of the Hills where he served as Adult Singles Pastor for 7 years before planting the new church in the Antelope Valley.   He has a BMin in evanglism from Londen Institute and is working on an MMin at Londen Institute as well...

His passion is for leading people to Jesus and seeing Shepherd - AV make a huge difference in the lives of people in the Antelope Valley!

David is married to Kari and they have a 10 year old son (Matt) and a  5 year old daughter (Christina).

Christopher Lee - Worship Pastor

Born originally in Texas, Christopher graduated from Hobbs High School in Hobbs, New Mexico.  Christopher originally planned to play college football and to pursue a career in Information Technology.  Upon sensing God’s call to ministry, however, he gave up a football scholarship offer to begin preparation for ministry.  Therefore, after submitting to God’s purpose for his life, he earned a BS degree majoring in Biblical Studies and Religious Education with a minor in Music from Southwestern Christian College, Terrell, Texas.

He has served in fulltime ministry for the better part of the last 20 years in the capacity of Worship Pastor, Executive Pastor and Lead Pastor for various congregations.  Christopher is a divorced, single dad who has his four children from the marriage living with him including his daughter, Desiree, and three sons, Devon, Donovan and Dymond.

While still living in Texas, Christopher began his Master of Divinity at Abilene Christian University, Abilene, Texas and plans to complete his graduate work at Pepperdine University, Malibu, California.  Christopher’s greatest passions are discipleship, adult Christian education and most importantly fatherhood, because he firmly believes that family was the first ministry to which God called him.

Robert Norris - Children's/Youth Pastor

Robert grew up in the San Fernando Valley where he attended a local Christian school.  Not knowing what to do with his life after High School, he started as an Accounting major at Cal State Northridge.  Two years later, he felt the call do youth ministry.  So, he first finished up his Bachelor's degree in Business Management.  After a well-needed year off of school, he started his Bible schooling at Fuller Theological Seminary where he finished a Master's of Divinity with an emphasis in Youth, Family and Culure.

During this time, Robert served in the Jr. High ministry for ten years at Shepherd of the Hills - Porter Ranch.  He has a passion for young people and to see them follow Jesus.  During the summer of 2007, he was asked to be a part of Shepherd's new church plant in the Antelope Valley.  After much prayer and guidance, he decided to accept the position where he oversees all ministries from birth through High School.

Robert is married to Alicia and they have a 3-year old son (Gavin) and an 8 month old son (Jerrod)
